1. Datos identificativos

En cumplimiento del artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSICE), se facilitan los siguientes datos:

Summatool es un nombre comercial y una plataforma de inteligencia de negocio titularidad de Crowdit 360, S.L. (en adelante, «Crowdit», «nosotros»).

2. Objeto y aceptación

El acceso al sitio web atribuye la condición de usuario e implica la aceptación de este aviso legal en la versión publicada en cada momento. Si no estás de acuerdo con su contenido, te pedimos que no utilices el sitio.

El acceso a la web es libre y gratuito, y no supone el inicio de una relación comercial con Crowdit. La contratación de la plataforma Summatool se rige por sus propias condiciones de uso del servicio.

3. Uso del sitio web

El usuario se compromete a utilizar el sitio conforme a la ley, a la buena fe y a este aviso legal. En particular, queda prohibido:

• Utilizar el sitio con fines ilícitos o que puedan perjudicar a Crowdit o a terceros.
• Introducir programas maliciosos o realizar acciones que dañen, sobrecarguen o impidan el funcionamiento normal del sitio.
• Intentar acceder a áreas restringidas, a la plataforma o a datos de otros usuarios sin autorización, así como eludir las medidas técnicas de protección.
• Reproducir, distribuir o transformar los contenidos sin autorización, o utilizarlos con fines comerciales.

4. Propiedad intelectual e industrial

Todos los elementos del sitio y de la plataforma —código fuente, diseño, estructura, textos, imágenes, capturas, gráficos, marcas y logotipos— son titularidad de Crowdit o se utilizan con la correspondiente autorización, y están protegidos por la normativa de propiedad intelectual e industrial.

Queda expresamente prohibida su reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública o transformación, total o parcial, sin autorización escrita de Crowdit. En particular, y sin carácter limitativo, no se permite extraer, descompilar o realizar ingeniería inversa sobre el software de la plataforma, ni reutilizar su estructura, modelo de datos o metodología de cálculo.

Si consideras que algún contenido vulnera tus derechos, escríbenos a admin@summatool.es indicando el contenido concreto, su ubicación y la acreditación de tu titularidad.

5. Enlaces

El sitio puede incluir enlaces a páginas de terceros. Crowdit no controla sus contenidos ni asume responsabilidad por ellos; el acceso se realiza bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad del usuario y con sujeción a las políticas de esos sitios.

El establecimiento de enlaces hacia www.summatool.es requiere autorización previa y no implica relación, patrocinio ni aprobación por parte de Crowdit.

6. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

Crowdit procura mantener el sitio operativo y su información actualizada y libre de errores, pero no puede garantizar la ausencia de interrupciones, fallos técnicos o inexactitudes.

En la medida permitida por la ley, Crowdit no será responsable de los daños derivados de: la falta de disponibilidad del sitio; la presencia de programas maliciosos ajenos a su control; el uso indebido, negligente o contrario a este aviso legal; ni de los servicios o contenidos de terceros enlazados.

La información publicada en el sitio tiene carácter informativo y comercial y no constituye asesoramiento financiero, contable, fiscal ni de gestión.

7. Seguridad

Las comunicaciones con el sitio y con la plataforma se realizan mediante conexión cifrada (HTTPS). El acceso a la plataforma está restringido a usuarios autorizados mediante credenciales.

9. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción

Este aviso legal se rige por la legislación española. Para cuantas cuestiones se susciten sobre su interpretación, aplicación o cumplimiento, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Málaga, salvo que la normativa aplicable establezca un fuero distinto de carácter imperativo.

Summatool is a trade name and a business intelligence platform owned by Crowdit 360, S.L. (hereinafter “Crowdit”, “we”).

2. Purpose and acceptance

Accessing the website confers user status and implies acceptance of this legal notice as published at any given time. If you do not agree with its content, please do not use the site.

Access to the website is open and free of charge and does not constitute the start of a commercial relationship with Crowdit. Subscribing to the Summatool platform is governed by its own terms of service.

3. Use of the website

Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• Using the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm Crowdit or third parties.
• Introducing malicious software or performing actions that damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site.
• Attempting to access restricted areas, the platform or other users' data without authorisation, or circumventing technical protection measures.
• Reproducing, distributing or transforming the content without authorisation, or using it for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All elements of the site and the platform — source code, design, structure, texts, images, screenshots, graphics, trade marks and logos — are owned by Crowdit or used with the relevant authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without Crowdit's written authorisation is expressly prohibited. In particular, and without limitation, it is not permitted to extract, decompile or reverse engineer the platform software, nor to reuse its structure, data model or calculation methodology.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to admin@summatool.es stating the specific content, its location and evidence of your ownership.

5. Links

The site may include links to third-party pages. Crowdit does not control their content and accepts no responsibility for it; access is the user's sole responsibility and subject to those sites' own policies.

Establishing links to www.summatool.es requires prior authorisation and does not imply any relationship, sponsorship or approval by Crowdit.

6. Availability and liability

Crowdit endeavours to keep the site operational and its information up to date and error-free, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, technical faults or inaccuracies.

To the extent permitted by law, Crowdit shall not be liable for damages arising from: unavailability of the site; the presence of malicious software beyond its control; improper or negligent use, or use contrary to this legal notice; or the services and content of linked third parties.
